The Buddees Privacy Promise

At Buddees AI, we treat your data the way we treat our own, with respect and a “need-to-know” attitude. We aren't in the business of selling your personal info; we're in the business of building great AI teammates.

What we collect (and why)

• Chat History: When you interview Marco, Cassie, Jack, or Tabby, we keep a record of that conversation so the agent can stay “in character” and help you effectively.
• Basic Info: If you sign up or contact us, we'll keep your email and name so we can get back to you.
• Tech Basics: Like most sites, we see anonymous stuff like your browser type or which country you're visiting from. This helps us make sure the site actually works.
• How You Use the Site: We use Microsoft Clarity and Google Tag Manager to see how people use our website, through clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session replays. This helps us fix what's confusing and improve what works. Clarity masks what you type into forms, and we never sell this data. Microsoft's privacy statement explains how it handles the data.

How we use your data

We use your interactions to make our agents smarter and your experience smoother. We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers. Our agents are here to work for you, not to spy on you.

Your control

It's your data. If you ever want us to wipe your chat history or delete your account, just ask. We believe you should have the “Right to be Forgotten.”

Security

We use industry-standard encryption to keep your conversations under lock and key. While no one can promise 100% “hacker-proof” security, we do everything humanly (and artificially) possible to keep the bad guys out.
