North Carolina Offer: Terms

Offer codes CREW99H, CREW99L and CREW99G. Sign-up window 25 September 2026 to 31 December 2026. Extended on 26 October 2026; the price and the codes are unchanged.

1. The offer

1. This offer is made by Buddees ("we", "us"). It applies to The Crew plan on monthly billing only.
2. You start with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial.
3. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you pay $99 a month for your first 12 monthly billing periods. This is a discount of $200 a month off the standard Crew price of $299 a month, a saving of $2,400 over those 12 months.
4. From your 13th monthly billing period, standard pricing applies, currently $299 a month.
5. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.

2. How to claim

1. Scan the QR code on a Buddees flyer or handout, or type the web address printed on it, to open the Buddees website.
2. On The Crew plan, choose "Claim My $99 Offer". Your offer code (CREW99H, CREW99L or CREW99G) is applied automatically at secure checkout. Checkout should show $0.00 due today, then $99.00 a month for 12 months.
3. The offer only works through the "Claim My $99 Offer" button. It is not available through the standard checkout, and it cannot be applied to a subscription after it has been created.

3. Who can claim

1. New customers only. You are not eligible if you, or the business you are signing up, have or have previously had a paid Buddees subscription.
2. One offer per business. We may decline or remove the offer where we reasonably believe it has been claimed more than once by the same business.
3. You must be at least 18 and signing up on behalf of a trade or service business.

4. Offer period and availability

1. The code must be redeemed at checkout between 25 September 2026 and 11:59 pm Eastern Time on 31 December 2026.
2. This is a limited-time offer. We may end it early by giving notice on this page. If the code no longer works at checkout, the offer has ended and the standard 14-day free trial still applies.

5. Cancelling

1. You can cancel at any time from Billing in your Buddees account settings. There is no minimum term and no exit fee.
2. If you cancel during the 14-day trial, you pay nothing.
3. If you cancel after the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again. We do not refund part-used billing periods.
4. If you cancel and later subscribe again, the offer does not apply a second time.

6. Other conditions

1. The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion code or discount.
2. If you move to a different plan or to annual billing, the offer ends and the price of your new plan applies.
3. The offer has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
4. Buddees is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any retailer.
5. We may withdraw the offer from any account where it has been obtained through misuse, fraud or automated sign-ups.
6. We may end or change this offer for new sign-ups at any time with reasonable notice on this page. Any change will not affect customers who have already redeemed a code.
7. Your subscription is otherwise governed by our Terms of Service. We handle the details you give us in line with our Privacy Policy.
